Chapter 159 Buying Crafting Materials (Part 1)
\'This young man is absolutely a monster, right? \' As he considered the items stacked in front of him, the shopkeeper said. The magic equipment piled up in front of him was sufficient proof that Raydon had wiped out the enemy team in both of his matches.
\'And what are these crafting materials? \'The man could no longer conceal his shock. He had never seen anyone in an F-Rank match take out so many monsters.
Raydon looked at the little mountain in front of him and said, "Well, that\'s all."
The mob pieces were stacked so high that they nearly touched the ceiling despite the shop\'s high ceiling.
Additionally, Raydon included some of the items to be sold this time with low-grade blueprints and even his glove with the reflect skill that he was no longer using. He wanted to clear as much space as he could for his future plans by selling all the useless items in his dimensional storage at once.
Since Raydon\'s dimensional storage was significantly larger than it had been previously, he was able to collect more parts from mobs, and some smaller mobs that he didn\'t bother dismantling were still intact.
"Well, this is going to take some time." The man stated, and by activating his skill, which was evidently a skill related to inspection, he quickly began to calculate by reviewing the mountain of materials.
After a few moments, the man turned to Raydon and said, "Well, my offer for all magic equipment, including transformation-type item, is 33,900 gold coins. For all materials, including some in excellent condition, I also offer 14.300 gold coins, and for life cores, including those belonging to Region Boss, I offer a total of 18.300 coins. \'\'
When he finished, the man paused to gauge Raydon\'s reaction. His total offer price was 66,500 gold coins, which is extremely high even for an E-Rank item holder. Nonetheless, for someone like Raydon, who was already carrying priceless blue-grade items, this amount was nothing, and so he accepted the offer without hesitation.
In addition, he did not sell the death-type materials he unearthed from the golden skeleton\'s inheritance. Probably, even they alone would have yielded more gold coins than he sold at this time.
Moreover, as he had previously learned, even the death-type and blue-grade crafting materials he acquired from Herman cost at least 100,000 gold.
Raydon accepted the offer, bringing the total amount of gold in his dimensional storage to 225,544.
\'\'Well then, I\'m certain you\'ve saved the best for last. \'\' The man said with a laugh.
\'\'Actually, that\'s all, I have nothing else to sell,\'\' Raydon said, catching the man off guard.
\'\'There are a few things, however, that I would like to learn more about if you could. \'\'
Though he appeared a little disappointed to learn that Raydon had nothing else to sell, the man laughed. \'\'Well, if it falls under my knowledge, I can answer.\'\'
"I used a body enchantment to strengthen my heart, but now that I\'ve found a better one, I want to change it. However, it turns out that this particular body enchantment also works to fortify the heart. \'\' Without mentioning a grade, Raydon posed his query.
\'\'This is the question? This is in fact considered common knowledge among item holders. \'\' The man asked Raydon with doubt in his eyes. Raydon was obviously not a regular guy, so the question seemed out of place coming from him.
Of course, what he did not know was that Raydon had only been on this planet for about 10 days. The knowledge he gained during this time period consisted of only a few fragments of memories from this body and Herman\'s books.
Also, Raydon has always been the type of gamer who prefers to discover on the fly rather than overthink and research, so he did not bother asking others for information that was not immediately relevant.
He found it more engaging to gain knowledge as he progressed through the levels of a game. Naturally, this entire universe was merely another game for him to play, just like all the others.
The shopkeeper realized Raydon was serious when he saw that he was waiting for an answer without responding.
\'\'The removal of a body enchantment from your body can be done in one of two ways. The first is an extremely costly item. Actually, this item is a body enchantment as well, and regrettably, it has no grade lower than blue.
This expensive body enchantment can be used to reverse the effects of another body enchantment, restoring your body to its original state. Upon doing so, you will lose both body enchantments. In addition, this blue-grade body cleansing enchantment is only effective against blue-grade and lower body enchantments. Due to the high cost of this, item holders typically choose their body enchantments with great care and consideration. \'\'
The man did not forget to give Raydon advice while he was providing information.
\'\'Then, what is the second method?\'\' Raydon asked, hoping that the second method would be more affordable.
He had some inkling that removing the body enchantment from the body would be very expensive, but at this point, he didn\'t even believe that the gold coins he had would be sufficient to purchase the blue-grade cleansing body enchantment.
The man started to laugh once more and said after noticing Raydon\'s optimistic gaze.
\'\'Don\'t worry, this method is more practical and less expensive for you. You are fortunate that the body enchantment you wish to use has the same type of heart as the one you wish to change. If, as you stated, the body enchantment you wish to use is of a higher grade than the one you are currently using, there is no additional action required.
Once you use this body enchantment, your previous body enchantment will be automatically removed and replaced with this one, which is of a higher grade. The only drawback is that your previous body enchantment will completely disappear. \'\'
