Chapter 237 Diam (Part 2)
The bedsheets were stained and torn, the sofas and coffee table were rearranged in a haphazard manner, and even the wastebasket in the corner was groaning under the weight of a variety of different types of garbage. In addition, the room was covered in a substantial layer of dust, and the stale air gave the impression that it had not been cleaned or ventilated for a considerable amount of time.
"Have they ever bothered to clean this room?" Diam said. It was clear that this was the room that Raydon had occupied in the past; however, no servant had made the effort to enter the room and clean it in quite some time.
Raydon said in an indifferent manner, "If I just crack open a window and find some clean sheets, that will be sufficient."
Raydon, who normally would not have accepted such treatment either, said it right away when he saw Diam making an unusually angry display at the time.
In another interesting turn of events, Raydon discovered that he had developed a peculiar familiarity with the ambiance of the room. It seemed strangely familiar to him. After all, he was accustomed to sleeping in similarly untidy surroundings due to the fact that he himself was frequently careless and lazy when it came to cleaning his own room. The room\'s disarray somehow reflected his own personality and made him feel at ease.
"I suppose that they must have been so busy that they forgot to clean the room. You don\'t need to be concerned about this. Let\'s find you another room.\'\' Diam said while ignoring his words and resuming the calm demeanor that she had previously displayed. She was aware that it wasn\'t simply a case of forgetting to clean the room, but she continued to refrain from pointing the finger of blame at the other people in front of Raydon.
Raydon\'s room was in this condition because, of course, his parents were also to blame for it; however, this was before the meeting took place and they became aware of his potential. But alas, they had already forgotten about this, and they did not have time to alter or even think about the preparations that they had made for him in advance because they did not have enough time.
Raydon simply nodded his head and resumed his pursuit of Diam without making any further comment. And soon enough, they arrived at the entrance to another room that was not too far from his.
\'I have no doubt that this room will meet all of your needs. \' Again, Diam stated it with a chilly demeanor; however, Raydon\'s eyes picked up on the jovial smile that was hidden behind the chilly demeanor that Diam was displaying.
\'Why do I have negative feelings about this room?\' As Raydon picked up on her attitude, he had this thought go through his head. But soon, when Diam opened the door, he realized that this bad feeling was not for himself but for someone else, given what he saw inside the room.
\'\'Miss Diam. \'\'
The person, who appeared to have just stepped out of the shower, had purple hair that was wet and was wrapped in a white towel. As she caught sight of Diam standing at the doorway, her purple eyes widened with surprise. Despite the unexpected encounter, she quickly straightened up and greeted her with the utmost respect.
Nevertheless, as the surprise was taking place, she lost her grip on the towel, which resulted in the exposure of her stunning, naked body, which was adorned with a flawless physique.
\'\'Ah! \'\'
She initially didn\'t pay much attention to the towel falling off because she didn\'t have anything to be embarrassed about in front of Diam because she had already been exposed to her numerous times.
But a deep blush quickly spread across her previously flawless white skin when she saw Raydon standing next to Diam, watching her with interest. She scrambled to pick up the towel from the ground and quickly wrapped it around her body in an effort to protect her dignity and privacy.
\'\'Young master? \'\'
\'I must admit. It was a pleasant and welcome surprise. \' Looking at Belicia\'s reddened face and hurried demeanor as she attempted to cover her body with a towel, Raydon muttered. He now realized why Diam had been acting so cunningly earlier.
"Belicia, the young master needs a room to rest. You have 2 minutes to prepare.\'\' Diam said this before shutting the door once more, preventing her from giving a response.
\'What is her purpose? \' Raydon had this thought as he watched her patiently wait as if nothing was wrong with the situation.
It was obvious that Belicia was the owner of this room, and despite the fact that there were plenty of other tidy and vacant rooms in this enormous mansion, it was also obvious that she had specifically chosen this room for him to rest.
Not much longer after that, the door to the room opened once more, and Belicia came out wearing her maid\'s uniform while she still had a red face. She gave Diam a lady\'s bow and said. \'\'The room is ready, Miss Diam. \'\'
She couldn\'t understand why Diam had suddenly decided to let Raydon sleep in her room, but since she was powerless to object, she turned to Raydon and said.
\'\'I apologize for the embarrassing scene that occurred earlier. I hope you have a good rest, young master. \'\' As she spoke, Belicia also gave Raydon a gentle lady bow; the only difference was that, despite already having a flushed face, it appeared as though her cheeks were getting even redder with each passing second.
"Don\'t worry about that, I haven\'t had a chance to see much." Raydon shrugged and began to walk inside the room.
\'\'Yes. \'\' Belicia responded, but it was unclear whether she was relieved or disappointed to hear this.
\'\'But I must say, purple really suits you. \'\' Raydon pointed to Belicia\'s waist and said, smiling slyly, before shutting the door.
"Thank you, young mast..." Belicia began to respond, but her words trailed off as a moment of realization washed over her, leaving her stunned and speechless.
"What purple? I wasn\'t even wearing my panties," Belicia exclaimed, her face turning crimson. Her embarrassment was so intense that it seemed like smoke was about to billow out from her head.
